Switched to Carrie as our Realtor and SOLD

Carrie is amazing! We originally listed our house with a different realtor in May 2019. We were getting some showings, but no offers. We switched to Carrie in August 2019. Carrie’s knowledge of the local market, marketing, and guidance led to an offer, and we sold and closed in early December.   Carrie also was able to assist with acquiring a contractor to do some needed repairs at a time when contractors were in high demand. We would definitely recommend Carrie if you want a realtor who is willing to go the extra mile to get your house sold!
