definitely recommend Carrie

While on a showing in our dream house, I told Carrie I wanted to hire her to just get us into this house. She negotiated a contingent purchase agreement even as the house was getting plenty of showings, then sold our existing house for above list in two days while smoothly managing all the issues  that come up with a contingent offer.
