My husband and I recently sold our home in Maple Grove with the help and guidance of Carrie Schmitz, and we are so grateful we chose her as our realtor. We were very impressed with her enthusiasm and professionalism throughout the process. On our first meeting, she came prepared with a thick notebook with pictures of how she planned to stage our house for showing, and a current list of homes for sale in our area so she could explain how to best price our home for sale. Her expertise was evident when for our first offer, she and her team carefully read through every detail of the contract and discovered errors which were quickly corrected. We also really trusted and appreciated her advice on the negotiation process in dealing with the buyers for our home, so that we made the wisest decisions. Her knowledge and years of experience helped to make sure she always had our best interests at heart.

Since we had already moved to another state, Carrie was amazing in the way she made sure to check in often to make sure that lights were turned off at our house, to let us know that the mowers did a good job with our yard, and that the air conditioning/heating were working. We were super impressed when people complained about the high humidity in our basement, and she actually brought in a humidifier to control it. Also, because of her years of experience, she had reliable vendors she could contact to take care of house cleaning, installing a radon mitigation system, and painting areas of the house that needed work. We couldn’t have navigated the sale of our home without Carrie’s expertise and professionalism. It was the BEST decision we could have made in choosing her as our realtor.
