Carrie was awesome! She came to the initial meeting with information about the home she got from the city, including the entire permit history, which allowed us to determine when windows/doors were replaced, roof was replaced, etc. She also came prepared with a number of comparable sales or pending sales to help properly price the house. She then staged the house and had professional photos taken along with a drone video shot by her son. Her husband even reinstalled a couple of doors that had been taken off the hinges while the house was painted. Her whole team is awesome, including her assistant, who helped ensure that our closing went smoothly. That meant ensuring the utilities had been contacted to transfer service, etc. We had an offer and a 2nd offer within 12 hours of listing, for more than our asking price!
