We have utilized Carrie’s services numerous times. We built our dream home 14 years ago, and wanted to ensure we were making the wisest decision in who we used to represent us in the sale OF this very home. We ‘interviewed’ THREE local realtors, all who claim to be ‘experts in the local area.’ Carrie stood out in her relatability, professionalism and specific (and unique) information provided regarding the nearby housing market. She also offered to stage the house (at no additional financial investment) as a part of her program. Carrie brought a buyer to us even BEFORE we officially listed our house, for a competitive price. We ‘price shop’ for a kitchen appliance, so why would we not do the same with our greatest asset.
