After interviewing several different realtors, we chose Carrie Schmitz to sell our home of 34 years, based on her knowledge of Maple Grove.  Carrie came to each of our meetings well prepared on the current market and specifics for our area.  We followed her recommendations, which were based on current market trends and numerous past “solds” in MG.  Her fee was fair and included staging and her involvement during the entire sale process.  Our home sold very quickly–three showings with three offers!  We received $$ well above our asking price.  We feel the process worked the best it could have for us!  Thank you, Carrie.
