This is the second property I’ve had Carrie list.  In both instances I was living out of state and relied on Carrie to prepare the property for sale and stage the property.  Carrie goes over and above to service her customers.  As an example of that, when a cold snap hit, Carrie went to the property to check on it and noted that the heat wasn’t working properly.  She immediately contacted me and turned on the fireplace and space heaters to make sure there was enough heat to keep the pipes from freezing.  I highly recommend Carrie.  She is a true professional.
