very “real”, honest, and upfront person

We have worked with Carrie a number of times over the past 8 years. She is a very “real”, honest, and upfront person- and both my husband and I were immediately drawn to her when looking for an agent. She is very knowledgeable and great about providing guidance and answering our questions so  that we felt comfortable with the process. I was also very impressed with all the support that she provided us with getting ready to sell our house- from professional photography to staging.
